What are some must have programs for a new computer?

I have my new box up and running went with the i7-920 and have it OC'd from 2.66 to 3.1 (Just used an auto overclock program that came with my mobo). Having not built a computer for 4 years or so and completely new to Windows 7... what do I need these days?
