So I've been in Crossfit for a year and a half, one of the new guys came in and showed us the TRX. After showing us we were all laughing and giggling thinking this shit was cake as hell and a complete waste of money. He challenged us to the Atomic Push up and said none of use could hit 50.....

We all failed... I can burn out on about 70-80 normal push ups and I was SCREAMING trying to get my 28th Atomic Push up.... only one out of us 7 got it and he is a mother fucking beast in Crossfit.

After that we started to play around with it some more and the day after we did one of the advanced workout 2's.... it whipped my ass....

Its a hard concept to explain because it looks SOOOOO easy, but the best way I could come up with is a Human Wheelbarrow. When someone picks up your feet, your middle body / core wants to shag so you have to stress / tighten it to keep it level. Then since your entire core is stressed / tight you have to worry about breathing.... all in all.... its a sick ass workout....

No matter what exercise your doing, even just a Single Leg Lunge you have to keep the entire rest of your body almost tight / stressed to keep your balance with the other leg in the TRX.

I have done most of P90x and some Insanity and without a doubt.... TRX will clean your fucking clock!

Here is some pictures of some of the exercises / 12 week workout which a couple of us are starting next week in Crossfit / and some videos of different things.

I recommend this too ANYONE (since it scales really well) who is looking to get into peak shape!

Any questions I'll be glad to help, if it is some super specific that I don't really know, I'll find out during Crossfit. I just got mine in today and did workout one.... ate a BK Double (only a dollar nig) two hours before and I threw it up in the shower!!! I don't think well be following the Cardo they list, probably stick with Crossfit for that part but will still be doing all the strength sets page by page!

Also it can be used pretty much on anything including a door if you don't like to go outside!
